How can I view my referral?

Your primary care physician or another referring physician can send you the referral via email. You can view your referral quickly and securely through this email. In this article, you’ll learn how to open and view your referral.

What you need

• A computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection
• The email from your referring physician via ZorgDomein. The sender’s name includes the referring physician’s name and the text via ZorgDomein
• The subject line includes the text Belangrijke informatie and the ZorgDomein number
• The mobile phone number on file with your referring physician  

How to do it

1. Open the email you received from your referring physician via ZorgDomein
2. In the email, click the blue button or the link below the blue button. Depending on your situation, the button will say Bekijk uw verwijzing, Bekijk informatie over uw onderzoek or Maak een afspraak
   
3. Click Stuur sms-code
4. Enter the SMS code you received on your mobile phone. The code is valid for 30 minutes
   
5. Click on Inloggen

What to expect

You are now logged in and can immediately view all the information about your referral. You don't need to log out, as your session will automatically expire after a certain amount of time.
