If you’re trying to log in to ZorgDomein, you may find that the SMS code for two-factor authentication (2FA) isn’t working or doesn't arrive. In this article, you’ll learn how to quickly resolve these login issues on your own.
Possible causes
- The SMS code has been marked as spam by your mobile phone
- There is a temporary network outage on your device
- The phone number registered in the system is incorrect
- The code you entered is no longer valid or an outdated code was used
- Your web browser is not up to date
- There is an issue with the browser cache or the device
Here’s what you can do
Didn’t receive an SMS code
- Open the Messages app on your phone
- Check the junk messages folder or the spam folder
- Is the message in the spam folder? If so, mark the message as Send SMS code
- Still not receiving a message? Turn off your phone completely
- Turn the device back on after five minutes and try again
SMS code not working
- Check that you’re using the most recently received code. The code is valid for up to 30 minutes. If the code has expired, request a new SMS code. To do this, click Ik heb geen sms-code ontvangen
- Open the Messages app and view the most recent SMS to find the correct code
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Try opening the link on another device, such as a computer or another phone
I receive incorrect text messages
Did you receive an SMS code that you didn't request yourself?
Unfortunately a healthcare provider has used the wrong telephone number. Zorgdomein can't see or change your phone number or other data. In almost all cases, the intended person takes action and you don't have to do anything.
Next steps
Is the phone number incorrect, or are you having trouble following the steps above? If so, please contact the healthcare provider who sent the referral, such as your primary care physician. They can verify your information and assist you further with the referral.
